I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC# 39807) licensed through the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California.  I received my Bachelors degree in Child Development from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University.

My original career goal was to become a teacher. I love working with children and teens and for  many years worked in group homes with troubled youth and helped teens who’s parents were going through a divorce. As I pressured my education, I began to realize I could have a  greater impact as a therapist and decided to get my license to start my private practice.

I have been working in private practice in Mission Viejo for about 10 years.  I feel privileged to have worked with individuals, couples and families from a wide range of ages and cultural backgrounds.  I apply my knowledge, support and therapeutic skills to each individually tailored session as I work with you to achieve your goals, decrease stress, and overcome current struggles.
