ABOUT ME

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC# 39807) licensed through the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California. I received my Bachelors degree in Child Development from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

People come to therapy for many reasons. Whatever those reasons are my role is to provide clarity and understanding within a safe and supportive environment. We will work together to to achieve growth and the change each individual desires.

FAMILY THERAPY

Why family therapy? The family is a singular unit. What one person does in the unit effects every person in the family. The more holistic the approach to treating problems within a family the more likely change and growth can be achieved.

COUPLES THERAPY

Couples therapy can take place at many different stags in a relationship; pre-marital counseling is a proactive way to address important topics prior to marriage, situational issues can be address in therapy for general growth, parenting challenges can be improved when discussed in therapy, and communication skills and intimacy concerns are also topics for couples therapy.

TELEHEALTH THERAPY

As an added service to provide other opportunities to meet with you, I have have decided to add telemental component to my practice.
